These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOP Studio website and services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content, or to interfere with the Service or its users.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
SOP Studio offers a 14-day free trial. Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain full ownership of all voice recordings, text inputs, and generated outputs (including SOP documents, process flows, RACI matrices, and dashboards). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the Service. Your content and operational data will never be sold or used to train third-party public AI models. Generated outputs are provided for operational assistance and do not constitute formal legal, financial, or compliance advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOP Studio and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
